Return Procedure

For product repair, exchange or refund, the customer must

1. Complete this form and submit it.
2. Wait for B&B Electronics Ltd to email you your RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number.
3. When you receive your RMA number, carefully pack the product in an anti-static package and where possible, in the original packaging supplied with the product.
4. Enclose a note with a brief description of the problem, a return address, phone number and email address of a technical contact.
5. Clearly label the outside of the package with your RMA number.
6. Return the package to:
